Making a Donation

If you are a Business, Organization, Family or Individual that would like to donate to the 4th of July Freedom Festival Event please download and fill out the form below. For your donation convenience we have broken it into levels but welcome any dollar amount. Continue the success of Freedom Festival by sending donations to the address below with the completed form. All donations are tax deductible! Freedom Festival is primarily fund by donations. Proceeds from the Home-Owned Carnival wristband sales are used for the carnival’s operational and maintenance expenses.
